I used to be in law enforcement. I had a call to go to a fabrication shop that built living quarters for offshore oil platforms. The security guard said there was someone on the property. It turns out there were people taking x-rays of some critical items and the guard didn't know they were still there. I had walked very close to said item when one of the techs started screaming at me to get out of there. Sooooo....I started walking toward him with gun drawn, He told me what they were doing and that they were using cobalt and that I could very well be "Burned". Their term for someone who gets too close to something radioactive.
